Mclusky | There Ain't No Fool In Ferguson (Too Pure)
Currently recording a new full-lengther with Steve Albini, the ever ace Mclusky here deliver a razor-sharp three song interim single. Like Girls Against Boys tanked-up and wandering the streets of Cardiff, Mclusky are thankfully still as angry and disillusioned as ever. Through the rabid rants of the title-track and the revengeful wish list of Hymn For New Cars, this is beer-drenched rock that Mark E. Smith would be proud to belch all over. One of the most underrated - but hardly understated - acts in the UK, just went one better.
